You have the right to request deletion of your PixelFlow Pro account and all associated personal data at any time.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account (name, email, password)
- All your saved design projects
- Your wallet balance history and preferences
What May Be Retained
We may retain certain transaction records (such as completed payments) for a limited period where required by law or accounting regulations, even after your account is deleted. This data is kept solely for legal compliance and is not used for any other purpose.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account and data, send an email to support@pixelflowpro.app from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", including your account email and username.
Processing Time
We process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
Partial Deletion
If you only want specific projects removed rather than your entire account, you can delete individual projects directly from the "My Projects" screen inside the app at any time — no request needed.
