Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
Design project data: The UI designs, layers, and project names you create and save are stored so you can access them later.
Usage and device data: We may automatically collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser/device type, and access logs, used for security and fraud prevention (for example, detecting banned devices or abuse).
Advertising data (only if ads are enabled): If the ads feature is turned on, our ad network partner (such as Google AdMob or Adsterra) may collect device identifiers to show ads. This does not happen while ads are turned off platform-wide.
Payment data (only if wallet/top-up is enabled): If wallet features are active, top-ups are processed by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card, bank, or crypto wallet credentials — only the transaction amount and status are recorded on our side.

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your data as described in our Data Deletion policy, except where retention is required by law (for example, financial transaction records).

7. Children's Privacy
PixelFlow Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and session identifiers to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising unless the ads feature is enabled, in which case our ad partner may use cookies or device identifiers as disclosed above.
