You must be at least 13 years old to use PixelFlow Pro. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload or create content that infringes on others' intellectual property or rights
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its backend systems
- Abuse the wallet, coupon, or referral systems (if enabled)
- Impersonate another person or entity
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the UI designs and projects you create using PixelFlow Pro. By saving a project, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you so the service can function (for example, syncing and exporting your designs).
5. Free Service & Optional Paid Features
PixelFlow Pro's core features are free to use. Certain optional features (such as wallet top-ups or premium plans) may be enabled or disabled at any time by us. We will not silently change what you've already paid for without notice.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelFlow Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
